How do I set-up my milk delivery?

Call us on 0121 559 8803 or email office@hickmandairies.co.uk with your name, address and enquiry. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I pay for my order?
We prefer Bacs payment, but you can also call the office to pay using a debit or credit card. Alternatively, we also accept cheque or cash left out with your empty bottles.
How do I change my order?

If you need to adjust your order, please contact us at the earliest convenience. Similarly, if you would like to add something to your order, follow the same steps.

Can I pause my order?

To pause your regular orders and deliveries, please get in touch and confirm the day you would like us to restart your deliveries.

Can I pick my delivery date and time?
We’ll always let you know the dates and times we’re able to deliver to you. We’ll always aim to have the delivery with you on time.
Are there any days that you don’t deliver?

We regret that we don’t deliver on Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. Don’t forget to order extra to cover these days!

How long does milk last in glass bottles?

Once opened, milk will last for approximately 5-7 days depending on temperatures. Always remember to collect your milk from outside and prevent from leaving it at room temperature for too long.

What time can I amend my orders until?

You can amend your order up until 5 pm on the day before your delivery is due. Contact us to amend your order.

My order wasn’t delivered?

We apologies we were unable to deliver your order. If you would like to speak to us about this issue, please call our team on 0121 559 8803 or email office@hickmandairies.co.uk.
